Our CO-living offering consists of apartments with single or double rooms, in which the kitchen and bathrooms are to be considered common areas for all. It is the ideal solution for those who, like you, want to surround themselves with new friends and experience new situations.

MICRO-living

An entire place, all for you. Our studios and two-room apartments, which measure between 30 and 50 square metres, are designed for individuals or couples who wish to maintain their privacy.
These accommodations are equipped with every comfort and contain everything you need to live well every day. Write a new chapter of your life in a beautiful, renovated and sustainable space.

FAQ
What is the duration of the contract?

Our contracts can last from 1 to 12 months according to your needs, because Domood is first of all flexible. You worry about studying or working, we'll worry about all your housing needs.

The initial working career is often characterized by uncertainty and this makes it hard for you to sign long-term housing contracts without worrying.
Our flexibility is the perfect solution for that uncertainty!

What happens if I see something wrong as soon as I enter the room?

You will be able to report it to us within 24 hours after the room is delivered and we will take immediate action to fix the problem.

Can I withdraw from the contract early?

Of course, you can withdraw early if you provide advance notice. In addition, we will immediately take action to find a new tenant, so as to release you from the contract as quickly as possible.

What equipment do the apartments have?

All our homes are furnished and equipped so that you will find everything you need right from the start, making your everyday life more comfortable.
In particular, you'll find:

  • Cutlery and kitchen knives
  • Dishes
  • Pans
  • Glasses
  • Large serving/cooking spoons
  • Mugs
  • Washing machine
  • Refrigerator and freezer
  • Broom, bucket and mop
  • Drying rack
  • Baskets for separate waste collection

Can I delegate the collection of the keys and the handover of the room to someone else?

The Sub-leasing contract is strictly connected to the person who signed it. For this reason, only the contract holder can collect the keys and take over the room. Therefore, it is not possible to delegate this process, not even to relatives or family members.
The same applies to the return of the keys and room at the end of the contract.

Does Domood offer cleaning services for a fee?

The monthly rent for the rooms in co-living apartments only, already includes one monthly cleaning of the shared areas of the apartment. Tenants can, if necessary, request additional shifts for cleaning the shared areas or individual rooms. Furthermore, tenants of the micro-living apartments can benefit of the paid cleaning service too.

How does maintenance work?

Thanks to our maintenance Help Desk, you will be able to notify us of the necessary maintenance and we will intervene to solve the problem as quickly as possible. However, if the faults were caused by misuse, neglect, willful misconduct or incompetence, Domood reserves the right to charge the amount of the intervention to the tenants or to the person directly responsible, if identified.
