The Sub-leasing contract is strictly connected to the person who signed it. For this reason,
only the contract holder can collect the keys and take over the room.

You can manage house cleaning together with your flatmates directly in our App. However, in agreement with them, you can also delegate the cleaning of the common areas to an external company: contact us to get the contact information of a company we have agreements with.
Yes, all ordinary maintenance is borne by Domood. You can use our App to promptly notify us of any required maintenance and we will solve the problem in the shortest possible time. However, if the maintenance issue was caused by misuse, neglect, wilful misconduct or inexperience, Domood reserves the right to charge the amount of the intervention to the tenants or to the person directly responsible, if identified.

Hi, my name is Amir and I am a Ph.D. student in Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Trento. I have been living in a Domood room in Trento since September 2019. The company itself and their employees are very kind and friendly. I would say that finding a place in Trento can be hard work and demands a lot of time for investigation. However, Domood provides an accommodation service that simplifies the whole procedure for students. The room and the apartment as a whole are very clean and it is in the good location of Trento that provides you with easy access to every part of the city. It is clean, almost well maintained, and perfectly equipped, you don't have to worry about anything. Furthermore, their solution is the all-inclusive formula, which means that you do not need to be worried about the utility bills and any other kind of expenses related to the apartment, which can be a kind of problem for non-italian students. I highly recommend Domood to the new students, as it is totally worth with regard to the money that you are paying
Ad oggi sono due anni che alloggio 5 giorni a settimana in una stanza Domood e mi ci trovo bene. I domooder si sono sempre dimostrati molto disponibili in caso di problemi e, almeno per quanto riguarda me, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La stanza mi è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita e con nulla fuori posto. Per quanto riguarda le visite in appartamento per mostrare le stanze libere, il room manager avvisa sempre con qualche giorno d'anticipo. Infine per la manutenzione devo dire che di problemi non ce ne sono stati, se non una lampadina fulminata che è stata sostituita il giorno seguente alla notifica fatta al room manager. Quindi direi che la mia esperienza è più che positiva e non posso che consigliare Domood!
